Administration

To add your own notes to all types of invoices, select your user account in the top right corner and choose "Settings." In the settings, select "Administration" and scroll to the middle of the page where you can edit/modify all notes, footer text, and signatures.

All invoices can be exported in bulk. In the ADMINISTRATION module, on the left side, you will find the "Invoice Export" section. There, you can select the period and type of invoices, and the exported file will be sent to your email address.

In the Administration module invoices cannot be deleted. However, you can cancel an invoice. On the selected invoice, you will see a red-colored text "CANCEL" in the top right corner. You can also reverse the cancellation later on.

Yes, you can. You can activate the tax cash register in your settings. Select your user account, choose the "Tax Cash Register" category in the top right corner, and enter all the mandatory information to activate it.

Integrations

If the field for the digital signature does not appear after scanning the QR code, you can activate it in your AutoBrief platform in the left toolbar under the "TOOLS - Signature" category. If the signature field still does not appear, please contact us immediately at info@briefd.io or call us at +386 (0)1 828 01 81.

The main advantages of the digital version of submitting financing applications are transparency and speed.

You can track the status of all your applications in real-time, whether they are approved, rejected, or still in process. You also have a very transparent overview of all approved applications in multiple places: in the FINANCING module, on the profile of the sold vehicle, and on the profile of the user of that vehicle.

The entire process of submitting an application through AutoBrief is the same as submitting it via email, but with the advantage that you already have all the necessary data and documents at hand (provided that you enter them promptly into the vehicle profile).

All warranties you have purchased from Motive Service are transferred to your AutoBrief platform. Once you have used up all the purchased warranties, you can purchase new ones directly through the WARRANTY module.

If you have not yet signed a partnership agreement with NLB Lease & GO, select the FINANCING module, click on the NLB Lease & GO icon, and press "I'm interested."

If you have not yet signed a partnership agreement with Motive Service, select the WARRANTY module, click on the Motive Service icon, and press "I'm interested." We will process your inquiry and activate the integration as soon as possible.

Vehicles

To publish a vehicle on DoberAvto.si, select the vehicle you want to publish in the left sidebar of the vehicle profile (below the vehicle photo) and choose the "Advertising - Digital" category. In the middle of the screen, click on the "ACTIVATE ADVERTISING" button and then "PUBLISH AD" under DoberAvto.si.

Upon entering the VIN (if you haven't entered it yet), the vehicle models will be displayed. After selecting the vehicle model, review all the vehicle details (equipment, photos, etc.) and confirm the publication.

To publish a vehicle on Facebook, select the vehicle you want to publish in the left sidebar of the vehicle profile (below the vehicle photo) and choose the "Advertising - Digital" category. In the middle of the screen, click on the "ACTIVATE ADVERTISING" button and then "PUBLISH AD" under Facebook. Enter the desired content in the text field and click on the arrow in the upper left corner and select "Share on a page you manage". If this option does not appear, it may mean that:

You don't have an active Facebook page for your business (we can assist you with this - learn more at DigiBrief.io).

You are not logged in with the correct user account designated as an administrator of your Facebook page.

Yes. When a particular vehicle is sold, it is moved to the SOLD/ARCHIVED category in the Vehicles module. You can still access all the data and documents in the profile of each vehicle. When you are on the vehicle profile, you have the "Connected Contacts" and "Archive" categories in the left sidebar (below the vehicle photo). If you have issued a warranty and/or financing for the vehicle, you can access those applications in the "Sales - Warranties/Financing" category.

All the documents and data you enter into the profile of each vehicle are also displayed in the BUSINESS OVERVIEW module. This allows you to provide all incoming invoices and documents to your accounting service with a single mass export, which will facilitate faster bookkeeping of these invoices.

The AutoBrief platform directly connects with multiple portals and social networks, which means that if you consistently enter photos of your vehicles, you can easily publish them on platforms like DoberAvto.si, Facebook, Bolha, Njuškalo, Index HR, and more with just a few clicks. This not only provides you with additional opportunities for faster turnover of your inventory but also helps in increasing brand and company visibility, which is crucial in today's digital age.

In the "Business Overview" module, set the filters you want to apply for inventory review by clicking on "Show Filters" to the right of the search bar. Then, select all the vehicles you want to export by clicking on the empty square located on the left side of the vehicle photo (you can select multiple vehicles at the top of the toolbar).

Once you have chosen the desired vehicles, click the "EXPORT" button located in the bottom left corner of your screen.

You will receive the exported vehicles to your email address within a few seconds.

It is highly beneficial to enter all expenses and income in the profile of each individual vehicle because they are displayed in the "Business Overview" module and the analysis of your operations in the "Dashboard" module. The "Business Overview" module provides an overview of all the data related to your inventory, which can be exported for inventory review and shared with your accounting service.

By consistently entering expenses and income in both modules, you have a transparent overview of your revenue, COGS, profits, margins, and taxes.

Documents

Just like with invoices, documents cannot be deleted, but you can archive them.

Directory

Reminders were created to provide better visibility over all potential customers and partners. If you have someone interested in your vehicle, you can set a reminder to contact them the next day for a summary of the offer. You can also use reminders for your partner contacts. There are no rules when setting reminders, use them as you wish.

You will be notified of all entered reminders through notifications displayed directly on your AutoBrief platform, so you will have complete transparency over your tasks and assignments.

General

If you feel that the platform has frozen or you are seeing an "error on the page" message, first try simultaneously pressing the following keys on your keyboard: CTRL - SHIFT - R.

All the data you enter into AutoBrief is intended for you and your accounting purposes only. We cannot access your data without your explicit permission, as stated in our terms and conditions.

You can add up to 3 users to your AutoBrief account for free. You can do this in the settings; click on your account in the top right corner, select the "user accounts" tab, and add the email address of the additional user.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, even during the free trial period. If you cancel your subscription during an active month, it will be fully settled, but you will not receive any invoices for subsequent months.

When the subscription is canceled, your account is not deleted but deactivated. This means that you can reactivate your account with all the entered data within three months without any data loss. After three months, the data will be deleted.

No, the registration is not binding. You can stop using the service whenever you want, without any additional costs (except in the case of cancellation in the middle of an active month - that month will be settled, but you will not receive any new invoices going forward).
